A 50% discount on the second paper is available for participants registering two accepted papers, provided both papers are authored by the same individual who will also be the sole attendee. • All fees will be collected in US dollars.
• Please note that the registration fees will be the same for both onsite and online participation.
• Audience registration does not allow for camera-ready paper upload.
• Posters & Demos paper registration covers the upload of one poster paper. The poster paper will be included in the non-indexed annex of the proceedings.

• Important Announcement for Accepted Authors:
  To be included in the EAI SmartSP 2026 conference proceedings, all accepted authors must complete full author registration and submit the camera-ready version of their paper by the Camera-Ready Deadline (2nd October 2026).
• Refunds (60 USD) and invoice amendments (30 USD) are subject to a processing fee.
• You can benefit from EAI member rates by becoming a member. EAI Membership is FREE.
