Audience registration closes on 21st November 2025.
Author registration closes on 31th October 2025 (Camera-ready Deadline).
A 50% discount on the second paper is available for participants registering two accepted papers, provided both papers are authored by the same individual who will also be the sole attendee. To request the discount, please complete the registration for the first paper and contact our conference manager at [email protected].

- All fees will be collected in US dollars.
- Refunds and invoice amendments are subject to a processing fee.
- Audience and Student registration does not allow for camera-ready paper upload.
- You can benefit from EAI member rates by becoming a member. EAI Membership is FREE.
Accepted Authors who wish to upload the Camera-ready version are advised to read the Camera-ready procedure carefully before proceeding with the Registration.
